Food Fast 6 AM Sunrise to 6 PM Sunset

Drink Adequate Water

No Soft Drinks or Caffeine; No Desserts or Sweets, No Smoking,

Drinking, nor Profanity or any kind of unhealthy behavior or conversation 

for the FULL 20 Days of Moderation!

Prayer Times: 6 a.m., 9 a.m., Noon, 3 p.m., 6 p.m., 9 p.m.

Sundays are not included in the FOOD FAST – but are Days of Moderation (no caffeine, sweets, smoking, etc...) and join
