Thaddeus R. Eastland is the founding and lead pastor of HOPE Church Pearland, a thriving and compassionate community committed to bringing healing, wholeness, and hope to individuals and families.
With a clear vision and deep passion for “Godly Possibilities,” Pastor Eastland launched HOPE Church Pearland in January 2005 to serve Pearland and the surrounding communities. Since then, the church has become a beacon of light—creating a welcoming environment where people can experience renewal, reconciliation, and spiritual growth.
Pastor Eastland is known for teaching and living a hope-filled life, inspiring others to embrace God’s promises found in Jeremiah 29:11—that their best life is still ahead. Through his leadership, many have found deliverance, restoration, and lasting joy.
He is also the founder of Speak to the TREE (T.R. Eastland Enrichment Ministries), a faith-based initiative offering retreats, workshops, and coaching for men, women, and couples. This ministry equips individuals to discover their voice and speak healing into their lives, relationships, and purpose.
